Refused to refund me and said to me that I bought the takkie with a bad heart that's why I want my money back, they also wanted to know what did the person that got the gift have to say, which was not relevant when I insisted that I wanted the refund they said that I should come another time as they don't have any money, I returned again after 2 hours and they started being very rude and. arrogant with me and discussed in the matter with each other in a language that I didn't understand and than said that I must leave the takkie and they won't give me my money back, I was very upset and returned with my mum later and they refused to refund on the grounds that they don't have money and that we should return at 7pm yet the store closes at 5pm. They were very humiliating and insulting
