Obs Pick n Pay the WORST

I hate complaining... and I REALLY hate having to come on HelloPeter for this. But every time I have gone to Observatory Pick 'n Pay I have received the most horrible service EVER! This morning though, was the final straw. Firstly, I understand that today was payday and I expect the store to be full, but the cashiers at that store are sooo slow and are always making errors and having to call the managers. I spent 20 minutes in an express line with 10 people - should have been faster! Also, why are people in the express queue WITHDRAWING MONEY and HAVING MORE THAN 10 ITEMS? And why are the managers NOT STOPPING THIS? As far as I know at other Pick 'n Pays you cannot withdraw cash from an express till. My woes DIDN'T end there! I decided to pick up some donuts and a muffin at the stall OUTSIDE the store and was told that we have to go back inside and pay. WHY IS THERE NO TILL THERE? Anyways I went back inside to pay only to be told by the cashier (after another 20mins in the line) THAT THE LADY HAD NOT BARCODED MY GOODS! Even though the lady at the bakery stall outside said I should just pay inside! I was in that store for 45 minutes! For 4 items! Obs PnP's service is DISGUSTING!
