Was looking for galaxy note 3 wireless charging mat but not paying to much attention to details I accidently bought the charging Matt for the galaxy S4. Returned the item like 2 days later was refused a refund allowed the to source me the galaxy note 3 charging Matt. Needless to say a month had passed nk phone call from them. Once in store again was confronted again that do not do cash refunds. Told Mr. Shane Williams to refund my card as I paid by cart. After 2 days again money still not back in my account. Requested that he should call speed point authorisations so that he could find out why refund still not back in my account I was told he will only do it on Monday once 5 days have laps. Well Monday came back to vodashop the grove. Insisted that he should now give me my refund as I waited for him and his power trip. I was told I am treating him with disrespect and was threatened that he could have me thrown out the Voda shop. It's now been 2 hours later and still no refund now waiting for the bank according to him. That can take yet another 1 to 2 hours. Mean while I am nor able to work because have to wait for him.
