I am very dissatisfied with the service I received from your store in century city and this issue must be resolved.

My girlfriend bought base from your store and was told by the salesman that she could return it within 7 days if she didn't like it. I took it back and they refused to refund me. The lady essentially called my girlfriend a and said her (very new, just trained) would never say that.

My girl told me the salesman was pushy and she wanted me to return it because of it. Now I have already wasted my time and money to take this product into the store and still no resolution. The saleslady I dealt with also kept trying to get me to bring my lady in so she can sell her something else and suggested that I could have found that bag on the floor and tried to return it for the money. Is this how your company normally deals with these situations, trying to make your customers feel like a common!?!

Your sales person suggests that it is a misunderstanding, if that is the case the fault is not on our part. Our first language is English and the salesman speaks broken English and he has just been trained.
