I had a very bad and rude experience at Clicks festival mall on Friday night just before 6pm! I was doing some shopping and checking out some stuff, As always I make 100% sure what I buy as I am also in retail and don't want to go through trouble of returning something! Then all of a sudden the Fidelity security guy walks up to me and start accusing me and questioning me as if I am a Skelm! I was very offended and asked if I could speak to the Branch Manager.. 10 Min Later he pitches up with the worst attitude I have ever seen in my life and tells me that he is on lunch! He then gave me the Regional managers contact details and told me to phone her if I have a problem as he is on Lunch and he is allowed to eat! I phoned her and reported the story.. And now almost a week later I am still waiting for a response! This will not stop here! Accusing me of being a "Skelm" will not fly with me! This issue could have been easily resolved if there was someone competent enough at store level or even regional level! There is still loads more to this story and I would like someone @ Head Office to phone me regarding the full story! I will fight this issue to the top...
