Pout lipgloss lid cracking

Hi,

I bought the Pout lip gloss less than a month ago and the lid is starting to crack. I keep the lip gloss in my make-up bag and it has never fallen. I am very disappointed with the product as the cracks keep getting bigger. I thought Woolworths products were of high quality but this is a real disappointment
