On the 28/09/2013 I purchased goods at Clicks Grey Owl Shopping Centre in Centurion. I swiped my credit card, due to Clicks connection failure my card was declined, the cashier swiped my card again and once again the transaction was declined. The cashier swiped my cheque card and the transaction went through. I phoned Clicks and ABSA on the 01/10/2013 to find out when the money will be paid back to me a total of R2435. Clicks are so rude on Customer Service level and on store level. The customer service helpline transferred me to 10 different people to only to be told to go to the store. Went to the store the trainee manager (Craig) told me to come back the following day as he doesn't know what to do and the Manager will be back the following day. I refused and eventually I phoned a lady called Wendy Mlanzi at the Cape Town Head Office, she was so rude to me. When I told her I'm pregnant, and nobody is willing to help and that my blood pressure is sky high because of this, she said well I need to sort this out with the bank. I told her I phoned the bank and the authorization needs to come from Clicks she was very snotty to me. Still waiting for MY MONEY to be refunded Clicks!!!
