Store Manger at Clearwater Mall

Telkom, i suggest when you employ store managers, that a store manager actually has experience and willingness to deal and help with clients concerns and issues. Unlike the terrible experience i had to put up with from the so called store manager at Clearwater Mall. To cut the long story short the manager refused to come out of her office to speak to me regarding my issue i had with a legitimate cancellation order as i was in my 14 days money back guarantee period. She let me sit in the store for 45 mins waiting for her to come out of her office to then be told by the sales assistant that the manager will not be coming out to see me and my cancellation will not be processed unless i pay all the penalty fees as that 14 days money back guarantee is for prepaid products. I then had to phone the area manager who then forced the store manager to speak to me, however the contempt and attitude that i then received from the manager was disgraceful, she would not even listen to anything i said and just talked over me. Terrible store managers like the one at Clearwater Mall should be removed from dealing with customers in any form.
