I complained a week ago about Frank in Sandton City's failure to provide me with the legally required records of my pharmacy transactions, as well as his disgusting attitude.

To my immense further disappointment:
1. Clicks did not respond to my first complaint submitted on their website
2. When I posted a complaint on Hellopeter, they emailed me to say somebody will contact me to resolve the issue
3. On Thursday last week, somebody left a voicemail for me, saying he is the Admin Manager and wants to 'get my side of the story' and I must phone him back. He DID NOT LEAVE A CONTACT NUMBER.

What am I supposed to do Clicks?

1. My 'side of the story' is in clear pixels on this website for all to see
2. You contacted me via email giving a nebulous promise that 'the relevant person will contact me'
3. Some nebulous person did contact me, granted, but displayed a clear lack of understanding of what needed to be done to resolve the complaint

I have now 'given my side of the story' THREE TIMES.

I now want Clicks HEAD OFFICE to EMAIL ME with an apology, explanation and the required PROOF OF PURCHASE which FRANK did not supply.

Your processes are not working and neither are your staff.
