I closed my account - they are SO arrogant

I closed my account with Foschini some time ago. I also told them that I want no communication fro them in future ever again. I have this company on my blacklist of clothing retailers due to their total arrogance when it comes to customer service. I told them to go and learn from Edgars. Today I received a new account card in the mail. How arrogant!!! I CLOSED my account and I want nothing to do with Foschini. Do they not take the customers or ex-customers wants and needs into account AT ALL. My account is closed and I want NOTHING from this company. Not now or ever again. They need to learn like small children it seems. No is no. I do not want thier mails or mail in the post and I am not interested in becoming a customer of theirs EVER again. They clearly have NO decent CRM system and process in Foschini. And this is why I left them as a customer in the first place!!
