I bought 2 beds in June 2011.After 5 months the base broke and the mattress sagged of the medi spine. We reported it and it was exchanged after a months, about 6 months later we had the same problem. I reported it again and waited a month when they told me that I must pay R420 into the suppliers acc as the bed is only under warranty. I paid the money and waited until Feb 2013 for the new bed. In April 2013 I reported that again the mattress sagged. I spoke to Sharon, and told her that I want a different bed. A month later I send her a message again bud got no reply.3rd of July I send Head Office an email explaining my problem. They called me a saying they will discuss the matter with the manager. They phoned me back saying I must pay again R700 for the supplier to exchange the bed. I said I'll go to the branch as I dont want the 4th bed thats going to give me the same problem again, and its not fair if I have to keep on paying extra money in. I went to Jacky about 2 weeks ago, I told her the whole story and she said to she"ll discuss it with the area manager. When I phoned her again she said head office will handle the matter as the area manager is on leave. Stil waiting for it to be solved
