Customer assistance very rude and no assistance

My mother has an account with Foschini and in August whilst paying the account, she wrongly debited to the wrong account. The Bank Manager has written a letter clarifying and explaining this situation to Foschini. She has taken the letter to the store and they could not assist her, refered her to customer service and they also have been giving her a run around. Have been with Sacha on the line, the same thing no asistance at all and she end up doing was to be rude and shouting which in turn I also became rude.

it is appauling what customers muts go through once they have opened their accounts, not proper service at all. This is a senior citizen of this country and she has to go through three must of pain and suffering for soemthing that could have been resolved early. She has been sent from pillar to post and has wasted money (phone calls) in the process. This is utterly irresponsible of Foschini! You can learn from retailers like Woolworths who know how to threat their customers well. Utterly off!!!
