Hello

I had an account with Foschini group from 2005-2008. The beginning of 2008 when i settled my account i went to Foschini in Brits and advised them to remove me from the system. To my surprise after 5yrs of closing my account i recieved a call from one of the most uprofessional call centre agent advising me that my account is still active and it shows some outstanding amout of which i have no knowledge of. I want this sorted out and my account closed as i dont owe anything my account was closed in Brits stores in 2008.
