Foschini
Closed with disregard for mall trading hours

We were paying accounts at Rosebank Mall on saturday. I am well aware that the stores trade till 5pm. At 4:45pm i went to Foschini to pay my account and do some shopping, however to my dismay and frustration, they were already closed! How can your trading hours, on your door, stipulate that you will be open till 5, and you are closed before?
This is a misrepresentaion and inconvenience to loyal customers. I think this should be addressed with the store management as I am very unhappy that I had to find another store to pay my account, and Foschini lost out on a sale.
