BILLING AFTER REQUEST TO CLOSE THE ACCOUNT

On 20/07/2013 we paid the account in full and asked them to close the account and cancel everything on it at Foschini (East Rand Mall). We asked the Accounts Dept if the account is closed & they said yes.3 Months later we received calls from Foschini Head Office telling us the account is in arrears R110 and need payment. The charges was for the Magazine. We told them that we closed the account. The consultant wanted me to verify my account. The details were 10 years old and I am not using it. She got aggressive & snotty with me because I could not remember, she insisted it to be changed at the shop which we have done. The next 2 weeks I have been harassed by Foschini every 2nd day. I explain the situation and they say they will speak to their manager and he will call me back, no one calls back. They said I must call Sport Section to cancel the book. I called them, it goes to voice mail and no one returned my call. I advised them that I have requested the account be closed and cancelled on 20/07/2013, to credit my account for the booklet for the months my account was supposed to be closed. I got another call saying that I am going to be placed under admin. I want to resolve the matter asap.
