Poor Service! Used display units given as new!

I purchased a 20" Samsung monitor. The LED monitor I wanted had 3 units on display. The Salesperson (Lee Blaauw) informed me that they only have the 3 on display and nothing in their storeroom, however he said that they could order me one and I could come collect from their store the following week. Tuesday I contacted them, to find out if stock had arrived. The salesperson told me he would phone me back;he didn't; I went to the store. I was told by Siya the salesperson that it didnt arrive. The next morning I was contacted and informed that it had actually arrived the previous day. I collected on Wednesday. I noticed that the box had been taped closed. I asked Lee Blaauw if in fact this was a new sealed unit. He told me Yes, definitely. When I arrived home I immediately noticed that the protective plastics had been removed from the monitor as well as that the base had scratches and the screen had been cleaned indicating that they just packaged one of their display units. The next morning when I contacted them, they indicated that they dont have stock anywhere. I am completely disgusted by the awful service I received from Hi-Fi corporation and will never buy from them again.
