Poor service and attitude

I wanted to buy a LG 13kg top load washing machine priced at R3299. There was no stock and the attendant said that the manager said they should not sell the display units. After talks he agreed to sell the unit and that I could get a discount because it is a display unit and it is Game's policy to give discounts on display units.. The manager did not want to give the discount and said that they will get new deliveries in two day's time. He could not deliver the machine to me as I live far from the shop and he agreed that I could buy the display unit for the original price without any discounts. Never before have I had such a response and bad attitude from a Game manager.
