I bought a display unit from the Potchefstroom branch about two months ago. Upon my visit to the store I noticed that the specific unit I was interested in was damaged. I pointed this out to the salesperson and explicitly asked not to be sent the unit on display. He "checked" the store's stock and said that they had one in storage and that I would receive that one. When they finally delivered the unit I started unpacking all the items. I noticed the same damaged area that I had seen on the unit on display at the store. I immediately called back and asked that a new display be sent to me. I waited more than a month before I finally got my new display unit. He mentioned that it was brand new and needed assembling. I have no problem assembling the unit. EXCEPT THAT THEY DID NOT SEND THE ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS WITH THE DISPLAY!! WHAT OUTRAGEOUSLY POOR SERVICE!! WE, MY ENTIRE FAMILY AND I, WILL NEVER EVER EVER BUY AT ANY HOUSE AND HOME EVER AGAIN!! RIDICULOUS!!

Infuriated customer. I will call them tomorrow.. the explanation should be quite interesting.. but with more than 400 bad reviews and only 80 something good ones.. why am I even surprised!
