Not responding to refund request

Purchased dvd's from the website. Cancelled one dvd because it was not in stock anymore although it was advertised on their website. Already paid for the dvd. Kalahari cancelled the dvd on the order slip, but still do not have money back. The order has been delivered aswell WITHOUT that dvd. When??? conformation that the money has been placed back account?!?!
