After purchasing an item at Foschini for the purpose of replacing my water-damaged cellular device, I later discovered my device was fine (just needed some time). I then decided to return the new purchased cellular phone in question only to discover I cannot return the item. Viewing the attached link led me to believe I can return the item in question since it fell within the cool of period stated in the document. Looks like this doesn't pertain to Foschini's though. Why is that? I've purchased this item on the 10th and wanted to return it on the 13th only to be turned away. Being told they only replaced damaged items?
