I bought an item at Mr Price, i usualy wash all my new items before i wear them. Now i realised that i paid for a damaged item. I could not return it immediately because i only realised the damage when i wanted to wash it, and thats few days after i bought it. It is a very light summer lace top and you wouldnt see the damage because of the style of the top.

I went into Mr Price in Rustenburg town yesterday to return the item, price tag still on, returned within the period of 30 days as per the policy at the back of the slip, and i get shouted at in front of other customers, everyone staring at me, tried to remain calm while the lady made a fool of me in the shop.

I just walked away, because she started accusing me of wearing the top and tearing it myself and now i want to return it and all sort of accusations, which i feel wasnt necessary and especialy in front of other customers in the shop.

I do not appreciate being treated like that, and i dont know if she knows what is customer service. I am very disappointed at the service i received, she was very unfriendly, had no intention to help me although i had the item and the slip with me.
