I wish to express my appreciation at how Builders Warehouse River Horse Valley handled my complain. The Manager, Mr Theru Mooodley phoned me several times to understand the problem, handle the problem and address the problem speedily, his Salesperson DJ also phoned me.
I am mindful we're all people and running a business comes with daily issues for us to learn and better ourselves, Builders Warehouse Durban no doubt tries their best to put customers first and make them happy and I experienced it first hand.
