I used to love buying my clothes etc. at Truworths, as from now I am so disappointed. It is unacceptable that my account is incorrect. I made a purchase around the 24th of July 2013, I returned everything around the 1st of August 2013 for them to credit the whole purchase. When I got my statement it said that my installment is R480 and my balance around R5400. This is not correct as I explained to a staff member and she said they will look for the credit note as I lost mine. I returned everything, so how can my balance be this high??? I went back 2 more times to get this problem resolved and it is still not resolved. This is, how can I have a balance if I don't have the purchased goods??? Now I have to pay the monthly installments of almost R500 for nothing!!! Before this incident my installment was about R80. I don't know what happened when I went back for the credit, because it seems as if they didn't credit my account at all. I will close my account because of this, this is not acceptable, I will not let this pass even if I have to take it to a higher place.
