ABC SHOE STORE BAD AND POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

I had an ABC account a few years back and paid it off after realising that I can buy at the said store using an Edgars card as I also had an Edgars account. Despite that I since late in 2011 or early 2012 i receive sms's and letters of demand from ABC lawyers MBD INC. I went to Edgars Joburg CBD and Southgate stores to query this but until today the matter is not resolved as a result i cannot even make a loan in a bank as im told that i owe ABC. this has dented my name and ABC needs to get its house in order, clear my name and provide a proper service to its customers as im in this situation due to someone in their employment not properly done their work.
