Manager Siphiwe Mabaso and branch manager Kabesh refused to book my faulty decoder for repairs on Monday 05 Aug 2013 because I had misplaced my invoice. Both were adamant to assist even though I told them that I bought it on 28 March 2013 and it can be traced with MultiChoice. I was told that I will be charged for repair cost by Multichoice. Kabesh even told me that he did not bent from my money as it went to Game account number.

Surprisingly when I took it to Randburg Multichoice branch on 07/08/13, it was replaced with the new one at no charge.
