On 7th July 2013 I made a payment of R200 on my edgars account. I paid cash as was told computers off line. payment was never credited to my account. first tried calling via telephone. on both occasions got such a rude response in customer care! they just say they are busy and put the phone down on their desk. never come back to you. went into store, showed Philemon my receipt - he took photo copies of it and my edgars card. said would get back to me in 24 hours. never did. went into store on 3rd day. he said he was sick and had no time to deal with my query but would do so and call me that same day. nothing!!! back to store. no Philemon! new manager came to assist. said would take 5 days! I said already 3 weeks! still waiting for a call. apparently my R200 is "hanging" somewhere in their system. no one knows where! not going to write it off. might have if the response from staff was better. worst store in the whole of Brooklyn for customer service. they just don"t care. Can't wait to get the money and then cut my edgars card into pieces.
