FOREVER RING BROKEN FOR 7TH TIME IN UNDER 3YRS!!!

After winning a Sterns engagement ring voucher in an engagement competition, we were thrilled to choose our dream Sterns Forever ring.

After merely 6 months, we had lost a diamond. On repairs, the ring returned to us with a yellow diamond (it is a white gold ring with white diamonds). After yet another return, we finally received the ring back. Not even another 6 months later, we had lost a clasp holding a diamond in place - yet another repair.

According to family and friends, Sterns has a policy where they replace the ring if broken 3 or more times - it was funny to hear them back off of this policy due to them stating "customer negligence", despite the fact that i took utmost care of it.

I have since given my ring to another comany for quality checks and repair after losing yet another diamond and the same clasp... Just to find out yesterday that ANOTHER diamond had fallen out during the cleaning of my ring.

I find it so sad that a ring won in a competition has now cost us more than an original purchase would have.
A woman should not be walking without her ring due to fear of it breaking everyday :(
