I ordered the Hunter Lace up Wellington boots on the second of august, I phoned them on the 5th of august requesting that they must change my delivery fron standard to express. The lady advised me to reorder because they are not allowed to change delivery. I reordered the boots and I made the payment on the 5th at 12h54 because they said if I pay after 16h00 I won't get a payment confirmation. I called them ten times that day for the payment confirmation and they kept on saying they will follow up. I received the payment confirmation on the 6th at 12h49, I phoned them and they said my boots are on their way to me, on the 7th I called them almost the whole day and there was man agent that told me that I am not the only one that's waiting for a delivery. I've payed for express delivery but it was not worth it, those boots were meant to be a gift for my 30th birthay for the 8th of august.
