I went in to return a handbag that I had purchased on the 19/05/2013.
I left my account details, contact number & details of purchase and asked the Cashier to do the credit into my account and confirm once it was done as the systems were offline. Today is the third day and my account has still not been credited. I am a very disappointed Edgars cusomer as I use the Westville store all the time and this has been the first time I have experienced such shoddy service. The Cashier was not interested, not helpful or friendly, had a dont care attitude. No accountability taken betweeen both the Cashier & Supervisor to ensure that the Credit was done before they left for the day. Shocking Service!
