Our company has recently applied for business retail cards just to make it easier for us when purchasing required items to complete the required tasks

Today i needed to buy certain items but my first issue was that there is no one to assist seems everyone is to occupied chatting to each other about personal things than to help, took me more than 30 minutes to find what i am looking for and proceeded to the counter to pay.

Here the 'Clerk" had no idea how the business cards work and the card didnt go through as the error message displayed "Head Office offline"

Not sure how you guys operate a business but surely you should have a BCP (For those that do not know what it means a Business Continuity Plan) to keep the business going. To receive a email or SMS stating that the system is offline and that no business cards will be accepted at the time will be more than appropriate instead of me driving there like a douch bag wasting my fuel which is very cheap to basically window shop and waste my time.

Guys you are really pathetic and should really start addressing small matters in your business that will actually keep clients coming back
