Once again FNB is at it, after a two year struggle for them to sort out my business account, they have now decided to test new software (the new profiles) the only problem is that the software has endless problems and fnb dont seem to be concerned of the impact and effects it is having on business, for 3 days now i have not had access to my business account and the only answer i get is that they are aware of the problem and are attending to it. this is now after they cancelled cards without my authorisation and then when i needed to collect me new cards i arrived to find that one of the staff members had signed the card out on my behalf without my authority and still no action has been taken regarding this.
i have no idea what my bank charges are for if i cannot my account half the time and every time i need to go into a branch for assistance i am referred to the internet or call centre. moving banks was the worst mistake i made - from day one it has been nothing but and false promises. my company is now taking a knock as i am unable to to get online to make payments!
