FNB Business account no cards

I tried to open a FNB Business account because I needed a business account! i applied on the 16Jan, and still have no cards! FNB says if we can tell them who the courier company is that are delaying delivery, they will follow up!! Dont they know who they use?
I also asked a business accounting specialist for help as I cant get my head around the instant accounting methods. She gave me a link. I said that I don't know how to use the software and that is says WATCH VIDEO, but there is none. She was not helpful and I mentioned this, and mentioned that I am thankful that there are other helpful people, and she said "no problem, they will assist you further! "
I cannot operate my business with no bank account. FNB, where is your wonderful service that you advertise???
