Applied for petrol cards on 7 March 2013, apparently head Office lost the application so it had to be re-submitted. Eventually I was notified on 24 April that my cards were ready for collection. When I got to the counter they couldnt find the cards Eventually aftet waiting for 30min my cards were found and handed to me. Now I am trying to increase my EAP limit via secure message and calling the Business contact centre and still no joy. My husband ordered his card at enquiries around 4 weeks ago he Went into the Bank to see if it was ready and was told it had never been ordered and he must Call the Call centre to order a new card. Not Only is the business side up to no good the entire Branch is no good, we have both been with Standard Bank for years all Our personal and business accounts bonds etc and I have never experienced such poor and Disgusting service.
