Waiting 46 days product (paid for!) and counting!

After accepting a quotation for 500 business cards for one of my clients, I was assured that it would take about 5 working days for the delivery. It has now been 46 days since the artwork was finalized and no show of the business cards!!! I've emailed, phoned been in the shop plenty of times!!! I've even paid after collecting business cards which were THE WRONG ONES!!! My clients are furious and it's my company name now being rubbed with mud and reputation for bad service!!! I am FED_UP and demanded my money back... another printing shop promised the same cards within a DAY! How does this work??? I can't believe how bad the service, admin and general sense of service-delivery is!!! I am blown away by the lack of... EVERYTHING professional!!! many times I was promised that I will know exactly what is going on within the day... this NEVER happened! I will definitely NOT be using their 'services' or send any one else there EVER again!!!
