I CANT USE THEIR CHIP DEBIT CARDS AT PAYPOINT

The term frustration will not adequately express my feelings with this continuos bad service one is being subjected to. I was advised by ABSA to replace or switch from conventional simple debit cards to more advanced micro chip debit cards on both my personal & business debit cards and unfortunately now I cant make payments at pay points. I went back to their branch and re run and some admin tasks were done and I was promised it should be fine. Still there was no changes as my debit cards were still declining. I went back again today the 8th July 2013 and some administrative tasks were done. I asked the lady who was helping me what was wrong and her answer was she does not know and she cant also promise that they will be fine as these chip cards are problematic. This afternoon I was again left very frustrated again as I could not pay for my petrol bill as they were rejected again. I reallly do nt have a luxury of time to be frequenting their bank. If I cant be helped by the branch who else is gonna help me. Why do they keep on issuing these cards if they know they have a problem? Where to for me know
