I returned my simple human towel roller as the spring arm was not working on Good Friday. I either wanted it fixed or exchanged as the five year guarantee had not yet lapsed. I again went into the store about a month later and the answer given was that they still had no sotck and would keep in touch with me. Since then... not a peep out of them. I have also since lost the proof of payment which was shown to them as I lost my handbag.
