MONTH END NOVEMBER I PAYED MY ACCOUNT AND WANTED TO BUY ON THE 30TH OF NOVEMBER BUT COULDNT BECAUSE THEY SAID I HAVE A BLOCK CODE AS I HAD SAID TO THEM I WAS NOT WORKING ANYMORE, I COULD NOT PAY MY ACCOUNT ONLY IN SEPTEMBER DUE TO I LOST MY JOB IN MAY BUT PAYED ALL THIS TIME UNTIL SEPTEMBER WHEN THEY PHONED ME TO PAY AND I SAID I LOST MY JOB.NOW IM WORKING, AND WANTED TO BUY AND THEY WANTED MY WORK LAND LINE NUMBER WHEN I WENT TO PURCHASE AND I GAVE TO THEM BUT BECAUSE ITS A WEEKEND THEY COULD NOT FIND ANYONE AT MY WORK PLACE I WORK MON-FRI 8-5 SO I FEEL ITS SO UNFAIR FOR ME BECAUSE EVEN WHEN YOU CALL THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE HOT LINETO RESOLVE THIS MATTER YOU HOLD THE LINE FOR ALMOST 30MINUTES THEN YOU DROP IT BECAUSE THERES NO ANSWER, EDGARS IS REALLY UNFAIR TO US, AS CUSTOMERS FOR MORE THAN 8YRS, NOW IM STUCK I DONT KNOW WHAT TO DO BECAUSE IM ALWAYS AT WORK AND ON WEEKENDS THERE IS NO BODY AT MY WORK PLACE AND I NEED TO USE MY ACCOUNT BUT I CANT BECAUSE EDGARS WANTS A LAND LINE NUMBER ONLY TO REMOVE THE BLOCK CODE ON MY ACCONUNT, I THINK I DESERVE AN ANSWER AND A SOLUTION
