Contract says 1plus1gb data-only receives 1g

I did signed a 2yr top up no device data contract with game woodlands as advertised in their advert brochures 3-9april2013.I did confirm with woodlands before signing contract to confirm it is 1plus 1gb top up and Virginia Nkosi at woodlands confirm with me on 6apr it is 1plus 1gb top up, she spoken with sthembiso msomi at heAd office who said it is 1plus 1gb top up. I do have the advert to confirm it.in may I realize I do get only 1gb. I WENT TO GAME BETHLEHEM (HOMETOWN) who do not want to help me, they promise to phone me back many times and did not. I went to game Bethlehem again and the salelady at the cell phone dept could not find my copies (they did make it already 2 times copies of it, first ones get lost). I do have photos on my cell phone how she search for it-contracts, id photos and bank statements of people were on the counter, in drawers everywhere!!! I was mislead because the sale lady confirm to me I will get 1plus 1gb and the advert brochure of game advertised it also (no rectification letter were found in the game stores when I signed for my contract on the 6april 2013.)when I spoken with Game head office queries in june 2013 I were so sure that the problem will be sorted!
