Still no recliner delivered since 15 May 2013

On 6 July 2913 I wrote a complaint (please see: https:///furniture-city/complaints/still-waiting-for-service-from-150513-1132677). I was contacted by Sameer on 8/7/2013 regarding complaint and was notified that they will investigate the matter and contact me again on 11/7. On 11/7 my husband was notified that the recliner is still at Furniture City's warehouse. It will be send to the supplier for repairs. I contacted them on 17/7/2013 - notified me the system indicates that it is being repaired by the supplier. In week of 15-19/7 - was contacted - recliner will be delivered on Monday, 22/7/13. Was not delivered. 23/7/13, was informed that they will investigate. Contacted thereafter - Jackson at ware house has to confirm delivery from supplier. On 25 or 26 July I was again contacted. Jackson has to phone supplier to confirm delivery. My question: what system is the ware house using to control their stock? Usually a delivery note is issued with deliveries and signed by the recipient. The ware house should not need to make phone calls to confirm delivery. Just consult your records! Friday, 2/08/13 - want the recliner delivered - otherwise legal action!
