Poor Service Delivery

Purchsed a bedroom suite in December last year from G&R Krugersdorp. The bedroom suite was delivered in a bakkie. My chest of drawer has a chip and my bed was squeaky from the 1st day. I called Geen & Richards and got the worst sales agent ever who just kept on brushing me off telling me that the supplier would call me. After weeks of calling him and asking him what's going, the supplier contacted me and told me that an assesor was going to come and check out the suite. He then told me that the assessor could only make it during the week before 1PM and of course by that time, us people of the working class are still at work. We then did a telephonic assessment with the supplier and then it was confirmed that they would get back to the the Krugersdorp branch. It's already August and I still haven't received my bedroom suite which I'm still waiting for. I want my money back that I paid for such poor service delivery from such a store with ridiculously high prices
