Terrible service from store manager!

We bought a leather Grafton Everest lounge suite 20/10/2012.

Since then 2 seats on the 3 seater have fallen flat. The other chairs are still fine but on this particular chair the pillows have sunken into the suite and look quite bad in comparison to the other chairs.

We phoned Geen and Richards Menlyn (spoke to the store manager) to report this complaint upon which we were told we would be contacted for a collection of the suite. For a week or so we heard nothing. We finally contacted the branch again and we were told that the store manager had lost our details. Details were provided again and we waited for collection. Nothing happened. We phoned again and were told it would be collected. Nothing happened.

Today we phoned again and spoke to the store manager.By now we are frustrated and annoyed that we have paid R16, 999 for a set that is sagging and Geen and Richards doesnt care. The store manager basically has a bad attitude and says that it's not his problem. He doesnt understand the frustration and simply blames other parties.

Is this the way Geen and Richards treats their clients?
