Still Awaiting the delivery of shelves and globes

In April 2012 I bought a Room Divider cash from Geen & Richards Market Street.. I struggled to have it delivered but after four weeks of phoning and nagging it was finally delivered. Upon delivery I alerted the store manager Bertha that the glass shelves and globes were missing. She promised to fetch them from the warehouse and deliver. After reporting the matter to Head Office she promised to personally go and collect from the supplier as she could not get from the warehouse but still nothing happened. Each time I phone her, she always promises to deliver the following weekend. I can't even begin to count the endless weekends I spent at home waiting for them to deliver. What is frustrating is that, in the past year, not once has Bertha phoned to give an update. She always waits for you to phone; phones the supplier and there after calls you with a false update or promise. In February 2013 she promised to come to my house for measurements as the supplier has discontinued the item but never pitched. I have exhausted all my energy and time trying to reason with Bertha. My ornaments have been sitting on the floor in my lounge for a year now. Bertha must deliver or refund me.
