NEVER GET A CALL BACK AS PROMISED

On Thursday (25/07/2013) I spoke to Refilwe who tried to help but could not, so she put me through to a Senior named Nomzi. I was advised that my query was closed and no one even bothered to call me back. Nomzi promised me I will get a feedback call on Friday (26/07/2013) today is the Monday (29/07/2013). I have heard nothing. It is like Edcon really doesn't want me as a client. The sad part is I fell for a stupid promotion they had in December 2012 - It is now going for August 2013 and I have still not benefited in anyway. I am having to deal with an external marketing company they they have a deal with. As a customer I am working hard to try resolve this query out myself and I am getting really upset now. I have no choice but to report this matter to the National Consumer Commission and maybe stop paying Edcon for a bit until my query is resolved and I get a positive answer.
