Game Customer Services a waste of time

On the 05 Jan 2013, my girlfriend and I went in to Game to send my Nintendo 3DS in for repairs. The woman behind the counter seemed clueless, she then directed us to the tech department. So we went back to the Customer service desk and where rudely told to get to the back of the Que. When we got to the front, we where given a form that had to be signed by a manager. After waiting at the front desk, the manager came with us to the Customer Services desk and signed my Nintendo 3DS off... This process took 2 hours.

On the 19 Jan 2013 we returned to the store, only to be told my device had was still at the supplier.
On the 26 Jan 2013 we went back to the store to enquire about the 21 day return service stated in the policy. Was given attitude by worker falsely claiming to be a manager. After speaking to the real manager, i was told to wait a further week, and he would contact me.
I also sent a complaint in on the Game website the same day and have received no feedback.

Don't try returning something to Game, it would be less of a hassle to buy the product somewhere else.
