MAJALI - A TRUE AMBASSADOR FOR PICK N PAY

I would just like to extend my sincere gratitude towards the Store Manager, Mr. Majali and the staff of Pick n Pay, Capricorn Business Centre - Muizenberg, for the excellent service they always provide. I always do my once-off monthly shopping at Pick n Pay, at this very branch but this time I was unable to do so as I faced a challenge with my car. On Tuesday 15 January 2013 I went to Pick n Pay, together with my wife and as we entered the shop, I approached one of the staff members who then reffered me to the Store Manager, Mr Majali. I explained my situation to this ALWAYS-PROFFESIONAL GENTLEMAN who totally heard me out. He then told me not to worry about anything as he will take care of my situation. After having done my shopping, he made his vehicle available to have us with our month's groceries dropped off right in front of my door. I was so greatful as this has saved me so much trouble because I don't really know people in the area. Mr. Majali is ALWAYS a kind person who carries the needs of his customers in his heart. The customer's needs are indeed his first priority.
