RCS, why do you even bother stationing your employees inside shops like Game if I still have to wait more than an hour for service?
I arrived at RCS/Game Hi-Tech desk at 10h40 on the 17th but was told Thashlima was on a break and will be back in 15mins. I decided to wait but after 30 I went to the desk again, she wasn't there. They tried paging her, she didn't respond. After an hour I asked for a manager bt was told she doesn't answer to any manager inside Game. I went to the helpdesk at Game where they tried paging her again and a few minutes later they told me she was back at the desk. I went back there and told her how long I've been waiting and she just stared at me and asked what I wanted. Really??? After an hour of waiting no apology? No explanation? After that I had to call the RCS callcentre and ask why the replacement card I requested was going to take 48hours to activate because she didn't want to tell me. This was the most frustarting customer service experience ever for me. Fix it!!!
