Two customer care emails and no response!?

I lodged a complaint to the email address [Email Removed] on 12/02/2012 stating: "The fruit and vegetable section of this store is very disappointing. the shelves mostly empty and bad / off vegetables on the racks. I threatened to stop shopping there two weeks ago, but then decided to try again yesterday. Opted to finish my shopping, but will not return to this store. The condition of it needs much to be desired." Then on 23/03/12 Sent the following: Please note that I have had no further feedback to the email below. Further to my complaint below, I had a most disturbing experience at this store on Sunday. I had done about an hours worth of shopping, and standing with a full trolley at the end of the store (pharmacy area), my trolley dissapeared. In a panic and not in the mood to redo the shopping, I frantically searched the store and eventually (20minutes later) found a Pick 'n Pay employee unpacking the trolley. My fianc? had in the interim gone to the managers office to get a manager, who after 15 minutes, had not bothered to show up! etc., ..." Both emails received an automated response promising to revert back to me, and to date I have received no response.
