Submitted a claim regarding a in guarantee problem with our bed 3 weeks ago. So far we have had one sms with a reference number and no other communication. We call every day and get told that they still waiting for the lady handling it to get back to them. The service is unacceptable. we have also returned this bed once before for the same issue. Maybe we need to find someone else for our future purchases as the quality of their beds is matching that of their service. Fuming!!!
