I submitted my claim to King Price after i was involved in an accident on 02/11/2013. All the documentation was submitted and I received the all clear on 22/11/2013, and was informed that my claim will be paid out. A week later I received a call from the lady who was handling my claim, it appeared that they had the incorrect payout amount scheduled and she promised to call me back regarding the rectified amount as she herself noticed the error. The last contact I received from her was about two weeks ago and she hasn't come back to me.

I have tried in the past weeks to get hold of the claims department, they are always too busy to answer my calls, and when I'm put through to the client care department, they promise to send a communication for them to call me back - this never happens - ever!

The voice call service is dysfunctional - sometimes it takes you to the incorrect department or even hang-up your call.

Today (14/12/2013) i called the call centre once more and I was told that the lady handling the policy made a mistake and forgot to attach a "cash release document"; hence my claim was not paid out.

Even the contact us facility does not help, they never called me back.
