3 Months - Still Waiting for claim to be paid out!

I submitted a claim to Discovery Vitality and it has been THREE months and I have not yet received my refund. I have spoken to Lebogang Masilo who is supposedly handling the issue. All I am told is that Discovery Vitality is waiting on feedback from Discovery Health and it is being escalated. This is the feedback I have been receiving for the past THREE months. It is unprofessional, reflects poor service and is just unacceptable. I am very unhappy with the handling of this issue and would like my money refunded ASAP. Is this how Discovery treats its loyal clients? I have been an advocate for Discovery Health and Vitality for 5 years now, I'm beginning to doubt the quality of this company as a whole. I wonder how long Momentum and other Medical Aids take to pay out claims. Absolutely RIDICULOUS! Is there no senior manager with any form of authority at Vitality? Seems not. How much longer do I have to wait? If anyone responds to this you better provide something concrete, because my tolerance for nonsense and excuses is simply depleted.
